If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

  • Wait an additional business day, as carriers may mark items as delivered before final drop-off  

If your package is still missing:

  • Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim  
  • You may also contact us for assistance  

Claims should be reported within a reasonable timeframe after the expected delivery date.
